Born in Jamaica and raised in the rural parish of Clarendon, I was nurtured by a loving extended family that taught me the value of hard work, community, and resilience. Those early years—surrounded by nature, animals, and “farm to table” living—instilled in me a grounded work ethic and appreciation for the intangible things that build character.

After reuniting with my parents in the U.S., I quickly adapted to American life and found my passion in soccer. The sport shaped my mindset for achievement through performance, leading me to earn an athletic scholarship to James Madison University. That competitive spirit has never left me—it simply evolved.

In 2003, I transitioned into technology and data analytics, where I discovered a new playing field. I’ve built a career helping businesses align cloud technologies with their digital maturity, craft powerful go-to-market strategies, and lead with thought-driven innovation. My work spans product positioning, partner/channel practices, and consultative sales that prioritize relationships as much as results.

Today, I continue to compete with analytics. I’m deeply focused on mastering Python, Advanced Analytics/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to stay ahead in an ever-evolving tech landscape. Empowering clients with tools that make them more effective and competitive is what drives me every day.
